A two-hour interactive movement lecture workshop using yoga, pilates and a moving meditation using the BOSU (Balance Trainer) as the unstable component of (uncertainty, organized chaos, life taking unexpected turns) and the floor as life as we knew it before our NDE, loss of a child, loved one, disappointments, and the shift in mindset from a closed mindset to a growth mindset. This presentation is powerful with a group discussion from the participants afterwards.
Beth D’Angelo has been the Fitness Coordinator at the Four Seasons Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii since 2003.
